SVP, Customer Experience & Operations
Brian Seewald is the SVP of Customer Experience & Operations at DSW. Brian has been with DSW for 7 years, beginning his DSW career with a focus on eCommerce and omni-channel operations. He then had the opportunity to take on the newly created Transformation function, focusing on the execution, adoption and change management necessary to maximize large, transformational projects. Brian then moved back to his roots in leading the DSW Digital Team. In his current role, Brian and his team are responsible for driving a seamless customer experience for all DSW customers. Prior to DSW, Brian held various roles in merchandising, planning, and eCommerce. Brian is passionate about the evolution of the retail customer experience, and how retailers must change in order to meet the changing expectations of their customers. He and his team are in a unique position in moving that experience forward for DSW.
