Director, Customer Experience
Chad is the Director of Customer Experience at DSW. Chad has had the opportunity to lead the transformation of the digital team, focusing on faster execution of functionality and experiences across the entire customer journey and being more data-driven. In Chad’s current role, he leads the Product Management, User Experience, and Optimization functions, focusing on delivering a seamless customer experience for all DSW customers across ecommerce and in-store. Chad is passionate about user experience and how teams must change the way they think and work in order to align with changing customer expectations. He and his team are in the driver seat to move the customer experience forward for DSW.
