At True Value, Sue leads Marketing Strategy which includes all facets of marketing planning, ecommerce, marketing operations, digital/and social channels and marketing automation. Sue’s career has been focused on marketing innovation, business and product development and sales in the retail and travel industries. Prior to True Value, Sue was Director, Loyalty Marketing at Sears Holdings, where she helped create and launch Shop Your Way Rewards an enterprise wide customer engagement initiative. Sue spent over 10 years at United Airlines in leadership roles for Mileage Plus, ecommerce business development, and passenger sales. She is a graduate of Michigan State University and resides in the Chicago area.
